BillLens Receipt Split is published by Smart Automation SRL. This policy explains what data the app uses and why.

Data you provide

The app can process receipt photos, receipt text, item prices, tips, and names you enter for people in a split. This information is used to calculate each person's share.

AI receipt extraction

When you use GPT receipt extraction, the receipt image or receipt text may be sent to OpenAI to identify items and prices. Do not scan receipts that contain information you do not want processed by an AI provider.

On-device history

Receipt history and reusable person names are stored on your device. The app does not require an account.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Smart Automation SRL does not receive your full payment card details.

Diagnostics

The app may use diagnostics to understand crashes or technical errors. Diagnostics are used to improve reliability and should not include receipt photos or API keys.
