CleanCue stores onboarding answers, selected language, rooms, task lists, completion history, reminder preference, and progress streak data on your device.
If you enable reminders, CleanCue uses local iOS notifications to remind you about your cleaning routine. You can change notification access in iOS Settings.
Only after you explicitly agree, CleanCue sends the selected room labels, selected obstacle, available minutes, and device language through our secure gateway to OpenAI or Google Gemini. It does not send completed-task history or free-form personal notes.
The gateway records the app, a random installation identifier, country, language, app environment, model, request input and output, status, timing, and cost for up to 90 days for feature operation, failure and abuse investigation, and spending controls. These records are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. You can decline and continue without the AI focus.
Purchases, subscription status, restore purchases, and offer-code redemption are handled by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
CleanCue does not require an account. We use Mixpanel in the European Union to understand app usage and improve the product. Events include onboarding steps, screen visits, cleaning-task actions, and subscription interactions and StoreKit error diagnostics, together with app version, device information, language, room count, cleaning style, and reminder preference. Events are associated with a randomly generated app identifier stored on your device. Your custom room names and task text stay on your device. IP-based location enrichment is disabled. We do not use this data for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. Contact us using the details below with privacy questions or requests.
