CraftCue stores craft inventory items, project plans, wishlist entries, onboarding answers, selected language, subscription status, and Quick Add usage counters on your device in the current version.
Quick Add uses local text parsing to turn short notes into craft inventory items on your device. Notes are not sent to an external AI service by this feature. Do not enter sensitive personal, financial, health, or account information into item notes.
Purchases, subscription status, free trials, refunds, renewals, cancellations, and offer-code redemption are handled by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
CraftCue uses Mixpanel to understand app usage and improve the product. Events include onboarding progress, tab visits, inventory and Quick Add actions, and subscription interactions, together with app version, language, technical device information, product identifiers, and StoreKit error codes. Events are associated with the SDK’s anonymous installation identifier. Inventory notes, project and wishlist text, and onboarding answers are not included in these analytics events. Automatic event tracking and IP-based location enrichment are disabled.
CraftCue uses Sentry for crash, performance, session, and technical error diagnostics. Diagnostic events include a persistent installation identifier so reports from the same installation can be associated. The app does not attach your inventory, project, or wishlist content to diagnostic reports. CraftCue does not use these services for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites.
The current app does not require camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, precise location, or health data access for its core inventory, project, wishlist, and settings features.
You can delete local app data by removing the app from your device. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID App Store subscription settings.
