LeaseCue stores property names, unit details, tenant names, rent amounts, ledger notes, maintenance notes, lease renewal dates, selected language, and app preferences locally on your device in the current version.
When you export or share a PDF, you choose the destination through the iOS share sheet. The app does not publish landlord records publicly.
Purchases and subscription status are handled by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
LeaseCue uses Mixpanel's European Union service endpoint to understand basic feature use and subscription diagnostics. These events may include a persistent installation identifier, product interactions, subscription product identifiers and outcomes, and limited error categories. This data is linked to the installation for analytics and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. IP-based location enrichment is disabled.
Property names, unit details, tenant names, rent amounts, ledger or maintenance notes, lease dates, PDF contents, and other landlord-entered text are excluded from Mixpanel events.
