Effective date: September 9, 2026. Mileage Tracker OdoCue is designed as a local-first mileage tracker.

Summary

OdoCue does not create accounts, does not use GPS tracking, does not use advertising SDKs, and does not sync your mileage log to a cloud service. Trip content stays on your device. Anonymous product analytics use Mixpanel’s European endpoint as described below.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores mileage entries, vehicle names, plate text if you enter it, mileage rates, notes, preferences, country, unit settings, and generated export files locally on your device. Language follows your iPhone settings.

If you share a CSV or PDF export, that share action is controlled by iOS and the destination you choose.

Subscriptions

OdoCue uses Apple StoreKit for subscriptions, purchase restoration, and offer code redemption. Apple processes purchases and may provide subscription status to the app. We do not receive your payment card details.

Analytics

OdoCue uses Mixpanel’s European endpoint to understand anonymous product interactions such as onboarding progress, tab use, StoreKit availability, and purchase outcomes. Mixpanel receives a randomly assigned device identifier and these event properties for analytics. IP-based geolocation and automatic event collection are disabled. We do not send trip notes, plate text, vehicle names, purposes, addresses, or export file contents to Mixpanel, and this data is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

No Location Tracking

OdoCue does not request location permission and does not track trips automatically. Trip distances are entered manually by you.
