Pet Records: VetCue stores onboarding answers, selected language, pet profile details, health records, reminders, emergency summary data, AI scan usage counters, and subscription status needed to unlock premium features.
You may enter pet names, species, breed, age, weight, microchip details, allergies, vaccine records, medication notes, vet visit summaries, lab notes, and related care reminders. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all record details before using them.
The app may offer AI-assisted extraction for vaccine cards, medication invoices, lab summaries, or similar owner-provided records. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and is marked for review. Free users are limited to 3 cumulative AI scans. Premium limits are 40 scans per week for the weekly plan and 80 scans per week for the yearly plan.
If configured, Mixpanel may be used to understand app usage and improve product flows. Events include the app name as a property. If configured, Sentry may collect crash and error diagnostics. These tools help improve stability and do not give us your Apple payment card details.
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and offer-code redemption are handled by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card number.
VetCue is a record organizer. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, triage, medication instructions, or emergency care. Contact a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
