Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 12, 2026. This policy applies to Resume Builder: JobCue, an iOS app by Smart Automation SRL.
Information You Enter
JobCue lets you enter resume text, work history, target roles, company or industry names, and job descriptions. This is user content. The app stores drafts locally on your device so you can continue editing.
AI Processing
When you tap an AI action, such as improving resume wording, scanning a job post, or drafting a cover letter, the relevant resume and job-description text is sent directly to OpenAI for processing. Do not enter highly sensitive personal data that you do not want processed by an AI provider.
Subscriptions And Purchases
JobCue uses Apple StoreKit for subscriptions, restore purchases, and offer-code redemption. Apple processes payment information. JobCue reads subscription entitlement state to unlock Pro features.
Analytics And Diagnostics
If configured in the release build, JobCue may use Mixpanel analytics to understand onboarding completion, paywall flow, purchases, and feature usage. Analytics events should not include raw resume text, job descriptions, emails, or phone numbers. If configured, Sentry may collect crash diagnostics to improve app stability.
Tracking
JobCue does not use third-party tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
