Noctory records audio only when you start a sleep recording session. Recordings, clips, labels, onboarding answers, language choice, and night history are stored locally on your device and can be deleted from Settings.
The app may create audio files during a recording session. These files are used to help you review sleep sounds and generated labels. You control whether recordings are shared or exported from your device.
Noctory uses app-side sound labeling to classify clips into categories such as snore, sleep talk, cough, breathing, room noise, or unknown. The app does not sell recordings or use them for advertising.
Purchases and subscription status are handled by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
The app may collect crash or error diagnostics if diagnostics tooling is enabled. Diagnostics are used only to improve app stability and are not used for advertising tracking.
Noctory is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent sleep apnea or any medical condition. Contact a qualified medical professional for health concerns.
