Privacy Policy

Data you enter

The app lets you enter sleep times, wake times, sleep quality, mood, anxiety tags, bedtime habits, and free-text notes. This sleep and mood journal data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export it.

Apple Health

Apple Health access is optional. If you grant permission, the app reads sleep analysis data only. The app does not write to Apple Health. If permission is denied or Apple Health is unavailable, manual logging still works.

Exports

If you use CSV or report export, iOS lets you choose where to share or save the exported file. The app does not automatically upload your sleep notes or Health data to a server.

Analytics and diagnostics

The app uses Mixpanel to understand whether onboarding, navigation, product loading, paywall, and core feature flows work. Events may include a random device identifier, app version, build, runtime environment, onboarding step, selected tab, App Store product identifiers, product count, and technical error code or domain.

Automatic Mixpanel events and IP-based geolocation are disabled. Sleep and wake times, sleep quality, mood, anxiety tags, bedtime habits, Apple Health samples, notes, exported files, names, email addresses, and phone numbers are not sent to Mixpanel. Mixpanel processes the limited analytics events under its Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Subscriptions and offer-code redemptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card information.

Children

The app is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can help remove it where applicable.
