ListingCue is designed to work with public property facts. Local generation stores property briefs, generated scripts, captions, shot lists, preferences, and projects on your device. Optional enhanced generation stays off until you enable it and approve the in-app disclosure. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.
Information you enter—such as an address or property name, public listing facts, highlights, ideal audience, and call to action—is used to create the project you requested. Do not enter client contact details, access codes, private showing instructions, or other confidential information.
Projects remain on your device unless you copy or share their contents using features you control.
If you enable enhanced generation and confirm the in-app disclosure, ListingCue sends the property brief and selected writing preferences through Smart Automation's secure gateway to OpenAI or Google Gemini to produce the requested opening line. The request can include public property facts, your selected audience, tone, format, script language, device language and country, and a random installation identifier. Do not enter client contact details, access codes, private showing instructions, or other confidential information.
The gateway records the input, output, provider, model, app, device identifier, country, language, environment, status, timing, and cost for up to 90 days for feature operation, reliability, abuse investigation, and spending controls. This information is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. You can decline or disable enhanced generation and continue with the on-device generator.
Camera recording is optional. Camera and microphone access begin only after you choose to enable the camera. If you save a recording, iOS asks for permission to add it to your Photos library. ListingCue does not upload recordings to our servers.
ListingCue uses Mixpanel's European Union service for product analytics. It sends limited feature and purchase events together with a random app-scoped installation identifier, app version and build, device language and country, and the runtime environment. This helps us understand onboarding, feature reliability, and subscription flows.
Property facts, scripts, captions, recordings, contact details, and advertising identifiers are excluded from analytics. Automatic event collection and IP-based geolocation are disabled. Analytics are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking and are not linked to an account because ListingCue does not require one.
Apple StoreKit handles purchases, renewals, cancellations, offer-code redemption, and subscription status. We do not receive or store payment card details.
Your projects stay on your device until you delete them or remove the app. You can delete an individual project from its menu. Optional enhanced-generation gateway logs are retained for up to 90 days. Mixpanel retains limited analytics under the configured workspace retention policy. iOS and Apple may retain purchase records under Apple's own policies.
ListingCue is a professional real-estate video tool and is not directed to children under 13.
If a future version changes external processing or analytics services, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before that version is distributed.
