TennisLens AI stores onboarding choices, selected stroke, player level, camera angle, selected language, analysis reports, and premium status on your device. If crash reporting is configured, limited diagnostic and error data may be collected to improve stability.
When you choose to analyze a video, the app may send the first 30 seconds of that video and the selected coaching preferences through our secure gateway to Google Gemini for swing detection and technique analysis if the AI service is configured. The gateway also receives an app-installation identifier, app and operating-system versions, language, and country code for service operation. The app does not provide social sharing, public posting, or user-to-user messaging.
Purchases and subscription status are handled by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
TennisLens AI uses Mixpanel's European endpoint to understand product use and reliability. Mixpanel receives a persisted, randomly generated installation identifier, technical device information, app version and build, and bounded events about onboarding steps, tabs, subscription product loading, purchases, restores, review requests, and support-feedback actions. These are pseudonymous event records, not anonymous aggregate-only data. Automatic event collection and IP-based location enrichment are disabled.
Videos, coaching answers, analysis content, free-text notes, and support message bodies are not sent to Mixpanel. Apple's review sheet controls star selection; TennisLens cannot read the stars or tell whether a review was submitted. Feedback analytics record only a fixed feature source and outcomes such as cancelled, draft saved, sent, failed, or email handoff unavailable.
Mixpanel retains analytics under the project's configured retention settings. Deleting the app removes local data but does not automatically remove analytics already sent. Contact us below with a privacy or deletion request; limited app-install context may be needed to locate a record.
If you choose email support, the system mail composer or your email app handles the message you write. Sending is your choice. We receive the information you send to answer your request, and your email provider handles delivery under its own policy. Do not include private videos, passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information unless necessary for your request. Support text is not copied into product analytics.
TennisLens AI does not use your data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
The app provides video-analysis and training guidance. It is not medical advice, injury diagnosis, or a replacement for in-person coaching and safe practice supervision.
