The app does not provide legal, tax, engineering, code-compliance, or construction safety advice. AI-generated drafts are starting points only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Premium access is sold through Apple auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple handles billing, cancellation, refunds, renewals, and offer-code redemption according to your Apple ID settings and App Store terms.
Do not use the app to create fraudulent, misleading, illegal, unsafe, or deceptive estimates or change orders. Keep any client approvals and signatures only when you have permission to collect them.
