This policy applies to ConsignCue, an iOS app by Smart Automation SRL.
ConsignCue is a local-first app. Consignor names, contact notes, payout rates, item intake records, sale status, daily totals, drawer counts, onboarding answers, language choice, and subscription state used by the app are stored on your device.
ConsignCue does not require an account and does not upload your shop records to Smart Automation SRL servers as part of the core workflow.
If you choose Quick AI or Fill with AI and accept the in-app notice, your typed or recorded request and relevant consignor or item context are sent through the ShortsBlink gateway to OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or DeepSeek to prepare editable fields. Recorded audio is sent to OpenAI GPT Transcribe through the gateway first. You review and correct the draft before saving. Manual entry remains available without an AI request.
The gateway may retain request text, transcripts, responses, and technical usage records for up to 90 days for operation, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and spending controls. Avoid sensitive contact or payment information in AI requests.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
ConsignCue uses Mixpanel to understand whether core screens and subscription flows work as intended. Mixpanel receives a random app-scoped identifier and limited product-interaction data such as app launch, onboarding step number, selected tab, language, app version and build, subscription product identifier, and purchase or restore outcome.
Analytics events do not include consignor names, phone numbers, notes, item titles, SKUs, categories, prices, sales amounts, drawer values, onboarding answers, photos, or other shop records.
Analytics are sent to Mixpanel's European Union endpoint. Automatic event collection and IP-based geolocation are disabled. The data is linked only to the random app-scoped identifier for analytics and is not used for advertising or tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
Sentry crash reporting is not configured in this version. If diagnostics are enabled in a future version, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before that version is distributed.
You may contact us to ask a privacy question or request deletion of analytics data associated with this app. ConsignCue does not maintain a user account; ordinary shop records remain on your device unless you choose to include information in an optional Quick AI request.
