These terms apply to ConsignCue, an iOS app by Smart Automation SRL.
ConsignCue helps track consignors, inventory intake, sold items, payouts, and daily closeout reports. You are responsible for reviewing consignor details, prices, payout rates, totals, and daily drawer counts before relying on them for store operations.
ConsignCue is a recordkeeping tool. It does not provide accounting, payroll, tax, legal, or regulatory advice. Verify final payout, cash handling, and reporting requirements with your own processes and advisors.
Premium features may be offered through weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Do not use the app to create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful inventory or payout records. Keep store and consignor data accurate and use the app only where you have the right to record that information.
