Shift Handover: NoteRelay

NoteRelay lets you enter workplace type, onboarding preferences, shift labels, team member names, spoken or typed handover notes, task details, acknowledgement names, and optional photos. Do not enter information you are not authorized to use.
Saved handovers, structured tasks, acknowledgements, photos, usage counters, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. NoteRelay does not require an account and does not operate a server that receives your handover content. Content leaves the app only when you invoke an Apple system service, make a purchase, or choose to export or share a report.
If you use voice capture, NoteRelay requests microphone and speech-recognition permission and uses Apple's Speech framework to produce text. Depending on the device, language, and Apple's service availability, recognition may occur on the device or through Apple. NoteRelay does not send recordings or transcripts to a developer-operated server.
If you choose photos, NoteRelay uses Apple's photo picker. Selected images are stored with the handover in local app storage. The app does not upload them to a developer-operated server.
If analytics is configured in the distributed app, Mixpanel receives an app-generated anonymous installation identifier and limited product events, such as onboarding completion, capture method, workplace category, item counts, open-task counts, and subscription-screen interactions. NoteRelay does not include raw notes, transcripts, photos, team member names, or attachment contents in analytics events. Mixpanel processes this information under its own privacy terms.
Apple StoreKit handles purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, restores, subscription status, and offer-code redemption. We do not receive or store your payment-card number. Apple may provide transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock Premium.
Local records remain until you delete them, clear all app data in Settings, or remove the app and its local data. Analytics retained by Mixpanel and purchase records retained by Apple are controlled by those providers and applicable law.
NoteRelay is intended for general workplace coordination, including hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and warehouse teams. It is not designed for protected health information, medical records, emergencies, or regulated clinical handovers. Your organization is responsible for its device, access, confidentiality, retention, and sharing policies.
