Shift Handover: NoteRelay

NoteRelay helps workplace teams capture, structure, acknowledge, carry forward, and export shift-handover information. You are responsible for reviewing every note, task, assignee, urgency level, status, and report before relying on or sharing it.
You may use NoteRelay only for lawful workplace coordination and only with information you are authorized to record. Do not use the app for illegal, deceptive, harassing, unsafe, or fraudulent activity. Do not use it as an emergency system, medical record, clinical handover, or storage system for protected health information.
Speech recognition and automated structuring can be incomplete or incorrect. Generated task titles, categories, assignees, status, urgency, and summaries are drafts. You must review and correct them before saving, acting on, or sharing a handover.
Premium may be offered through Apple auto-renewable subscriptions. The App Store purchase sheet shows the current price, duration, trial or introductory offer if applicable, and renewal terms before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Free users may structure up to 3 cumulative voice captures. Weekly Premium may include up to 40 voice structures in a rolling 7-day period, and yearly Premium may include up to 80 in a rolling 7-day period. Limits may be adjusted in a future app version to protect service quality, control cost, or prevent abuse. Apple applies offer-code eligibility and redemption rules.
NoteRelay stores operational content locally. If a device is shared, anyone with access to the unlocked app may be able to view its data. Your organization is responsible for device security, staff authorization, confidentiality, retention, backups, and any reports shared outside the app.
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Do not rely on NoteRelay as the only channel for urgent, safety-critical, legal, or regulated communication. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate input, recognition errors, unreviewed structured output, unauthorized device access, missed handovers, or third-party service interruptions.
Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable App Store terms and Apple's standard licensed application end-user license agreement, unless another valid agreement is presented through the App Store.
