Use of the App

DateTalk Trainer is a private educational tool for practicing dating-message judgment. It does not send messages for you, contact anyone on your behalf, or guarantee dating outcomes.

Respectful Communication

You are responsible for how you use any advice, examples, feedback, or practice content. Do not use the app to harass, pressure, deceive, manipulate, impersonate, or violate another person’s boundaries.

Subscriptions

Premium access may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID and App Store settings.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple’s App Store rules.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple ID.
• Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, reverse engineer services, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operation, or use the app in a way that violates laws, App Store rules, or third-party rights.

Educational Content

The app provides training examples and feedback for communication practice. Content is not legal, medical, psychological, or professional relationship advice.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
