GILD AI Terms of Service

Agreement and service
By using GILD AI, you agree to these terms. GILD AI provides curated makeup-look recommendations, manual tutorials and, when configured and available, an optional AI-generated photo preview. No account is required.
Your photos and acceptable use
You keep ownership of photos you submit. You grant Smart Automation SRL and its processing provider the limited permission needed to produce a requested preview. Submit only photos you have the right to use. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative or rights-infringing content, attempt to disrupt the service or reverse engineer protected parts of the app.
Generated previews and tutorials
AI previews may be inaccurate, unavailable or visually different from a real-world makeup result. Tutorials are general informational guidance and do not replace professional medical or dermatological advice. Patch-test products, follow product instructions and stop use if irritation occurs.
Subscriptions
GILD AI may offer weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple. The app displays the current localized price, period and available offer from the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. A subscription renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to Apple’s applicable terms.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and use Restore Purchases in the app. Refunds and billing are handled under Apple’s policies. Features and plan availability may change, but changes do not alter rights already granted by Apple for an active period.
Intellectual property and availability
The app, design and supplied content belong to Smart Automation SRL or its licensors. You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. We may maintain, change or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, GILD AI is provided “as is.” Smart Automation SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination, law and contact
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict misuse that violates these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Moldova, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
