Effective July 22, 2026
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of InspectCue. By using the app, you agree to them and Apple's applicable standard licensed-application terms.
Your responsibilities
- Use InspectCue only if you are authorized and competent for the work.
- Verify every checklist result, note, photo, finding, severity, signature, due date, and report before relying on or sharing it.
- Keep equipment out of service when required and escalate conditions through your organization's approved process.
- Choose and configure checklists appropriate to the asset, jurisdiction, manufacturer, employer, and site.
- Protect your device, exported reports, confidential site information, and backups.
- Do not use the app unlawfully, to falsify records, to misrepresent certification, or to infringe another person's rights.
Draft assistance
On-device speech transcription and assisted finding drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. They are suggestions for editing, not final decisions. You remain responsible for the observation, recommended action, severity, and completed record. Manual entry remains available.
Subscriptions
InspectCue may offer weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The app displays the current App Store price and period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Restores and offer codes are subject to Apple's systems and rules. Except where law requires otherwise, Apple handles billing and refunds.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Apple commerce and on-device speech capabilities may be unavailable. You should maintain any independent records required for safety, legal, or business continuity.
Ownership and feedback
InspectCue, its design, and its original software are licensed, not sold. You retain rights in the inspection content you create. You grant us no ownership of local inspection content. If you send voluntary product feedback, we may use it without obligation while respecting this Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspectCue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, regulatory compliance, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost records, equipment damage, personal injury, or decisions made from unverified app content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using InspectCue at any time. We may terminate access for material misuse where technically and legally possible. Terms that logically survive termination—including responsibility, ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—continue to apply.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your country. Before formal proceedings, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Email moshnoi2000@gmail.com. Developer: Ion Mosnoi, Republic of Moldova.
