Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the SilkStyler iOS app provided by Smart Automation SRL. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable terms.
The service
SilkStyler helps you explore hairstyle and hair-color directions on a photo you choose. When AI try-on is available and you consent, the app sends the selected photo and instructions to an AI provider to create a preview. AI availability and output can vary. If generation is unavailable or fails, the app provides an error or manual continuation route.
Preview limitations
Generated images are visual decision aids. They can contain errors and do not guarantee a salon result, suitability, hair health, color outcome, or professional advice. Actual results depend on your hair, products, lighting, and stylist. Review important decisions with a qualified professional.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos you provide. You grant us and the processing providers described in the Privacy Policy a limited right to process a selected photo only to operate the feature you request. You must have permission to use any photo you submit.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer it except where law permits.
Subscriptions
SilkStyler may offer weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The app shows the current App Store price and applicable period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple handles billing, cancellation, refunds, and restoration under its policies. Features and plan availability may change as permitted by law.
Availability and changes
We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, including third-party AI processing, when required for security, reliability, provider availability, or legal compliance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, SilkStyler is provided “as is” and “as available.” Smart Automation SRL disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination and law
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access for material misuse or legal requirements. These terms are governed by the laws of Moldova, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
