Privacy Policy
RVCue is designed as an on-device RV maintenance tool. This policy explains what stays on your device and the separate services you may choose to open.
At a glance
- No RVCue account is required.
- Your rig profile, checklists, maintenance tasks, service records, attachment references, and saved briefs are stored locally.
- We do not sell personal information or use RVCue data for cross-app tracking or advertising.
- All service-brief generation runs on your device.
- RVCue does not send your RV data to the developer or a third-party AI service.
- Apple commerce and support email are separate services you may choose to use.
Data handling

Permissions
Camera and photo-library access are requested only when you choose to attach a receipt, manual page, or service photo. You can deny these permissions and continue using checklists, maintenance tasks, records without photos, and service briefs. Change permissions in iOS Settings.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you reset RVCue, delete individual content where available, or remove the app. Removing the app may remove local data unless it is included in an Apple device backup. Apple and email providers handle information under their applicable settings, contracts, and policies when you use their separate services.
Security, transfers, and children
RVCue does not operate a server that receives your rig records or service-brief content. When you open Apple commerce, a public support link, or your email app, those separate services use their own security and may process information in other countries under applicable safeguards. RVCue is an ownership and maintenance utility and is not directed to children; we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can deny photo permissions, reset local app data, remove the app, and manage subscriptions in your Apple Account. Because the developer does not receive your local RVCue records or briefs, those records must be managed on your device. Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding information you deliberately send to support. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.
