Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of RVCue. By using the app, you agree to them and Apple's applicable standard licensed-application terms.

Important: RVCue is an organizational aid. It does not inspect or repair an RV, diagnose faults, certify safety, replace a qualified technician, or replace manufacturer documentation, recalls, law, campground rules, or emergency guidance.

Your responsibilities

On-device service briefs

Service briefs are generated on your device from owner-provided information. Generated and manual briefs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Neither mode diagnoses a fault, prescribes a repair, authorizes work, or guarantees safety. Critical phrase detection is conservative and cannot identify every dangerous condition. You remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional or emergency help.

Subscriptions

RVCue may offer weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The app displays the current App Store price and period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Restores and offer codes are subject to Apple's systems and rules. Except where law requires otherwise, Apple handles billing and refunds.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Apple commerce and public support services may be unavailable. Maintain independent records and reminders when required for safety, warranty, legal, insurance, or travel purposes.

Ownership and feedback

RVCue, its design, and original software are licensed, not sold. You retain rights in the content you create. You grant us no ownership of content stored only on your device. Voluntary product feedback may be used to improve RVCue without obligation while respecting the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RVCue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, roadworthiness, regulatory compliance, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost records, trip interruption, property damage, personal injury, or decisions made from unverified app content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your country. Before formal proceedings, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Email moshnoi2000@gmail.com. Developer: Ion Mosnoi, Republic of Moldova.
