Support
Keep the next RV task clear.
RVCue organizes pre-trip checks, maintenance cues, service history, receipts, manuals, and technician-ready briefs around your rig.
Quick answers
Can I use RVCue offline?
Yes. Your rig profile, pre-trip inspections, maintenance tasks, service records, and service briefs are designed to work without a connection. Service briefs are generated on your device. Apple purchases and opening support links require a connection.
Where is my RV data stored?
Core RVCue data is stored locally on your device. RVCue does not require an account. Removing the app may remove local data, subject to your Apple device-backup settings.
Does the Service Brief diagnose a fault?
No. It organizes the concern, owner observations, completed checks, unknowns, and questions for a qualified technician. It does not diagnose, prescribe repair, authorize work, or certify that an RV is safe to operate.
What if RVCue detects a critical safety phrase?
The app stops brief generation and displays conservative guidance to stop operation, move away from immediate danger, and contact emergency services or a qualified RV professional as appropriate. Always follow manufacturer instructions and local emergency guidance.
How do I restore or cancel a subscription?
Choose Restore purchases in RVCue Settings using the Apple Account that purchased the subscription. To cancel, open iOS Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then RVCue.
