Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Visual Schedule: PictoCue. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable licensed-application terms.
Your responsibilities
- Review every profile, board, photo, label, sequence, calm prompt, and exported document before it is used or shared.
- Adapt visual materials to the individual, environment, communication needs, professional guidance, and safety requirements that apply.
- Obtain appropriate permission before photographing, storing, printing, or sharing another person's image or personal information.
- Use adult judgment for purchases, backups, sharing, printing, and settings, especially when a board is prepared for a child.
- Do not use PictoCue unlawfully, to harm or deceive a person, or as a substitute for emergency services or qualified professional care.
Visual boards and exports
PictoCue provides starter symbols and editing tools, but you control the final wording, photos, order, and use of every board. A visual sequence may be incomplete, misunderstood, or unsuitable for a particular person or situation. PDFs, prints, shared files, and backups can contain private information; verify the destination and protect exported files.
Subscriptions
PictoCue may offer weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The purchase screen displays the current App Store price, billing period, and any introductory offer for which Apple determines you are eligible. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Apple handles billing and refunds except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Free and premium features
The available free allowance and premium feature set may evolve. The current app explains the boundary before purchase. Loss of premium entitlement can limit creation or export features but does not transfer ownership of your local content to the developer. Keep independent backups of important boards.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Device storage, Camera, Photo Library, printing, sharing, analytics, Apple commerce, and public support services may be unavailable or behave differently across devices and operating-system versions. Keep an alternative communication or planning method when continuity is important.
Ownership and acceptable use
PictoCue, its original design, starter content, and software are licensed, not sold. You retain rights in content you create or lawfully provide. You may not copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, resell, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PictoCue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular educational, therapeutic, communication, or safety purpose, or achievement of any result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of local data, disclosure caused by a user's chosen share destination, or decisions based on unverified app content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Apple terms, law, and contact
Where applicable, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your country. Before formal proceedings, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Email moshnoi2000@gmail.com. Developer: Ion Mosnoi, Republic of Moldova.
