Visual Schedule: PictoCue Support

PictoCue helps families, caregivers, teachers, and neurodivergent people create photo cards, first/then boards, visual routines, choice boards, and calm cards on iPhone and iPad.

Email moshnoi2000@gmail.com. Include your PictoCue version, iOS or iPadOS version, device model, the screen involved, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Do not email private photos, names, labels, credentials, or payment details.

Quick help

Create and use a board

Open Boards or Templates and choose a board type.
Add starter symbols, camera photos, or Photo Library images, then edit the short labels.
Reorder cards and choose one-at-a-time or full-sequence Use Mode.
Tap Save & Use. Mark steps complete, restart when needed, or export a PDF.

Photo permissions

PictoCue asks for Camera or Photo Library access only after you choose the matching control. You can deny access and continue with starter symbols. Change access later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security or the PictoCue settings page.

Where boards are stored

Profiles, boards, photos, labels, and progress are stored locally on your device. Deleting PictoCue can remove this local content. Premium users can export a portable PictoCue backup and should keep that file somewhere they control.

PDF, print, and sharing

Choose Export PDF from a board. The iOS Share Sheet can save, AirDrop, print, or send the PDF through an app you select. After sharing begins, the destination service applies its own privacy terms.

Subscriptions and Restore Purchases

PictoCue can offer weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Current prices and any eligible introductory offer appear on the in-app purchase screen. To restore an active subscription, open Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account subscription settings.
