Banquet event order editor for iPhone

BEO Pocket keeps timing, menu, setup, staffing, and special instructions together in a local event order that you can revise and export as a PDF.

Getting started

Start with the sample reception or create an event order. Add the event name, venue, guest count, menu, setup, staffing, and special instructions, then choose Prepare day-of brief. The Handoff tab displays the current revision and lets you create a day-of PDF.

PDF sharing

BEO Pocket creates the PDF on your device. When you choose Share PDF, iOS shows its system share sheet and you decide the destination and recipient. Review every timing, menu item, setup detail, staffing assignment, and instruction before sharing or relying on a handoff.

Plans and purchases

The free plan keeps one current event order and its current PDF available. BEO Pocket Premium may unlock unlimited event orders and saved revision access. Purchases, renewals, and billing are handled by Apple. If you already purchased Premium, use Restore Purchases in Settings or on the paywall.
