Local event details

BEO Pocket stores the event details you enter, including event name, venue, timing, guest count, menu, setup, staffing, special instructions, and local revision history in the app storage on your device. BEO Pocket does not require an account and does not upload or synchronize this content to an app server.

PDFs and sharing

When you create a day-of PDF, it is generated locally on your device. BEO Pocket does not send the PDF or your event details to us. If you choose to share a PDF, iOS sends it only to the destination you select; that destination's privacy practices apply.

Purchases

If you view, purchase, or restore BEO Pocket Premium, Apple StoreKit processes the transaction and subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.

What BEO Pocket does not use

The current app does not use analytics, advertising tracking, crash-reporting services, third-party AI, a remote app backend, or a user login service. It does not sell your event details.

Your choices and contact
