BEO Pocket

BEO Pocket is a local banquet event order editor for iPhone. It helps organize timing, menu, setup, staffing, special instructions, and a versioned day-of PDF. It is a planning and handoff tool, not a venue-management service, booking service, staffing agency, emergency service, or guarantee that an event will be correctly staffed, supplied, timed, or delivered.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every event name, time, guest count, menu item, dietary instruction, setup detail, staffing assignment, special instruction, PDF, recipient, and revision before you share or rely on it. Confirm current event details with the venue, caterer, client, and event team. Keep an independent record of important event information.

Local data and availability

Your BEO data and revisions are stored locally on your device. They may be unavailable or lost if the app or device storage is removed, reset, or damaged. PDF sharing depends on the iOS share destination you select. Features and Apple services may change or be unavailable.

Premium subscriptions

BEO Pocket Premium may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Apple displays the current localized price, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and use Restore Purchases in the app.

License and contact

Your use is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and standard licensed-application terms. Do not misuse the app, bypass purchase controls, interfere with Apple services, or use BEO Pocket unlawfully. To the maximum extent allowed by law, BEO Pocket is provided as available without a promise that any event outcome, handoff, PDF, or third-party share destination will be error-free or uninterrupted.
