Check show readiness
A six-part checklist covers the venue contact, day schedule, capacities, patch, blocking conflicts, and unanswered questions.
Venue-ready production
PlotCue Advance keeps the venue contact and schedule, technical limits, patch sheet, packing counts, changes, questions, and stage plan in one local show workspace.
PlotCue Advance is a local-first venue advance tool for iPhone and iPad. You can use the free workflow without an account or cloud workspace. Optional weekly and yearly PlotCue Pro subscriptions unlock additional features.
A six-part checklist covers the venue contact, day schedule, capacities, patch, blocking conflicts, and unanswered questions.
Patch rows and cable, DI, stand, monitor, and power counts come from production details you explicitly add.
Keep one tour master, record venue limits and access, then review every venue-specific removal, substitution, and channel change.
Create a local PDF with schedule, readiness, patch, packing, adapted stage, inputs, changes, and open questions.
Open the venue and review the unfinished checklist rows. Readiness reaches 100% only after required venue details are stored and blocking conflicts and open questions are resolved.
They are derived from explicit audio sources, connectors, capture methods, stands, stage items, monitor mixes, and power drops in that venue variant. PlotCue does not invent this equipment.
Add the microphone, DI, line, or other audio source that will actually feed the sound system. PlotCue does not infer an input from an instrument or performer alone.
Open Review and resolve blocking issues such as duplicate requested channels, invalid references, invalid geometry, or an unconfirmed draft assumption.
On eligible devices, Smart Draft uses Apple’s on-device Foundation Models framework. PlotCue does not send the description to a PlotCue server or cloud-AI provider. Quick Setup and manual building remain available.
Open Settings or the PlotCue Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases. Active subscriptions and eligible existing lifetime purchases are associated with the Apple Account that completed the purchase.
Open your Apple Account subscription settings to manage or cancel renewal. Access continues through the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Keep using the free workflow and retry later. Product availability and localized price come from Apple through StoreKit.
In Settings, choose Delete all data and confirm. This deletes stored plots and onboarding choices from the app. Copies previously exported to Files, Mail, Messages, cloud storage, or another app must be deleted from that destination separately.
