These Terms govern use of the PlotCue app for iOS and iPadOS. Your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
What PlotCue provides
PlotCue Advance is a planning and document tool for recording venue contacts, schedules, access and technical limits; deriving readiness, patch and packing lists from explicit production data; arranging a stage; reviewing venue-specific changes and questions; and creating local technical exports. Features may vary by device, operating system, region, Apple service availability, and PlotCue Pro entitlement.
Your technical responsibility
You are responsible for checking every performer position, item, dimension, audio source, connector, channel, phantom-power requirement, monitor request, equipment request, contact detail, note, and export before relying on or sharing it. Confirm the current setup with performers, venue staff, engineers, and production contacts.
PlotCue cannot observe the event, guarantee equipment compatibility or availability, reserve equipment, or replace professional technical judgment.
Quick Setup and Smart Draft
Quick Setup and the optional on-device Smart Draft feature create editable starting points. Automated output may be incomplete or incorrect. PlotCue is designed not to invent unconfirmed microphones, DIs, connectors, power needs, channels, or equipment, but you must still review and confirm every final detail.
Your content and sharing
You retain responsibility for content you enter, import, export, or share. You must have the right and any required permission to use band and performer names, contact details, venue information, and other material. Review the chosen system share destination and recipient. PlotCue does not control a recipient or destination after you share a file.
Free access and PlotCue Pro
The free app provides a limited plot-and-export workflow. PlotCue Pro offers weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock eligible Pro features while the subscription is active. Both plans provide the same Pro features. Existing eligible lifetime purchases remain restorable; lifetime access is no longer offered for new purchases.
- Apple displays the current localized price and availability before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account after you confirm the purchase.
- Restore Purchases can restore an eligible entitlement associated with the Apple Account that bought it.
- Billing, refunds, transaction eligibility, and App Store availability are administered under Apple’s policies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period at the displayed renewal price.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple Account subscription settings. Cancelling renewal preserves access through the paid period.
- Deleting PlotCue does not cancel a subscription, refund a purchase, or preserve local plot files.
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies except where a valid custom agreement expressly replaces it.
Local data and availability
Important PlotCue data is stored locally and can be lost if the app, device, or app container is removed or damaged. Keep source information and completed riders in an appropriate independent location. Features, formats, limits, languages, and Apple services may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse PlotCue; bypass purchase or access controls; interfere with Apple services; probe for vulnerabilities; distribute malicious or unlawful content; infringe another person’s rights; impersonate another person; or use the app in violation of law, App Store rules, third-party terms, or these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlotCue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost data, bookings, revenue, or opportunities; equipment or production problems; event disruption; or reliance on an inaccurate plot, input list, or rider. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for PlotCue during the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes, termination, and contact
You may stop using PlotCue at any time. We may update these Terms when the app, services, or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
